None of the big riders are targeting T-A as their main season goal, along with Froome. Saying that his main target is two months away is just an excuse since you could say the same thing for everyone else except for maybe Geraint Thomas, who just might be targeting T-A as his main goal.

Nibali wasn't targeting the double. I think you want to be a bit more conservative before the Giro if you do
