How is quintana doing against Porte and Talansky again?

When Horner beat Nibali it is a reasonable thing to guess that their form was off...

If someone here should understand that it should be the guy that cheer for colombians

what does that have to do with this? it's typical here of you and others, withour arguments you start blabbing about colombians, that are entirely beside the argument here

Of what we could see yes, but he is allready pulling once they come into vision. Not that I know if he was pulling any longer ofcourse.

All I was trying to say was that Froome actually did decide to pull near the end.

no he wasn't in that video it's evans clearly pulling until teh shot goes to santambrogio's group, then froome pulls for maybe 100 metres max and the sprint starts

Hmm, let's see...about every mountain stage in last year's TDF and every MTF he has done this year (T-A and Oman)

So hardly ever.

attacks aren't when you are in losing gc position and you attack in the final 1 or 2 km of a mountain, by that logic even purito is an aggressive rider.

an attack is what nibali did in lbl and that was excellent, but he's not an aggressive gt rider

YEs the brilliant arguemnt "Nibali is an awful climber and he never attacks" is what?
I agree that he is not the best climber in the world, but honestly you can not seriously come up with 10 names that you can honestly call a clearly better climber.
I never attack colombians ever, sure I make some fun of them after they are hyped to such an exctent (by you mostly) that their ok performacne looks like an epic fail. But seriously now don't act like that

Just watching it again, it looks to me like Froome lost most of the time on the descent, assuming I picked out the correct riders from the overhead shot, he was about 10 seconds behind Sagan and 5 behind Contador as they seemed to be going over the top. The coverage was a bit all over the place so I'm not 100% that is exactly right.

i think its tough for tall thin guys to be good descenders. it might also have been a bit of an advantage to be in a small group on that tricky descent

He was so far behind after the descent he had to burn himself to reach Evans's group. Only recovered enough to take a short pull at the end.

There are no stages in the Tour that comes close to the tough stuff today in T-A. Seriously brutal stage. The Sky train will be fully operational in the tour. Stage after stage.

Exactly.

calling an top 5 gt rider a worse climber than 15(?) riders is in many ways a mockery of his skills. It is not Guardini we are talking about. Do not act like a pompous ***, I usualy find it funny, but my blood sugar is low atm ;)

I could easily name 15 riders that are better climbers than nibali yes, see giro 2011 finestre stage, already on top of the finestre he had 11 riders who dropped him, including his helper szmyd who had to wait, I;'m talking about CLIMBERS

Easy to make throw-away predictions, less easy for them to come true

fvck!! why always some stupid meeting comes up when an awesome stage is being broadcasting???:D

So..... the SKY train was derailed today!!:D BTW- Purito called it yestarday during the interview- he knew if the stage was raced like a classic, the SKYborgs will fail since there is no way to control it.

damn- I can't wait for the highlights!!

is 35 secs enough for Nibbs to keep the title?

What about your obsession with colombians and insulting everyone and hating on 100s of riders?

This is the first picture I've posted in days. I was going to post it in the Alberto thread but then thought it would fit in here better since it shows how much he was suffering/is in **** shape still. Thought I wouldn't need to explain that.

Once again a bad day makes szmyd a better climber or something? at his best he is just as good as Wiggo, Van den Broeck, Rolland so on and so on.
The only climbers that are clearly better in their top shape are AC, Froome, probably JRod and perhaps Valverde/quintana. No idea how Pinot will do this year.

it's ironic for you to use the term obsession in very imaginable way. compared to your contador obsession I'm almost a colombian-hater I say and if you want to post a pic of todays stages, I didn't know that was your goal, then why always a contador picture?

szmyd is a better climber than nibali, no doubt. he had to softedal everywhere for him. nibali is no real climber, after 2 consecutive mountain days he always has a bad day, because he isn't a real climber.
