Sagan is using his team right now, just like in the stage a few days ago, and is not built for a leadout. He won't get a leadout and someone like Debusschere or some random MTN guy will probably beat him into second again.

Sagan won just one bunch sprint since 2013. His sprint is overrated. He is able to find the right wheel but doesn't have the speed. That's why he is not going to win again.

He had the speed the other day in Arezzo. Actually it was his positioning (and a katusha rider) that denied him the chance to win. That's what matters, not that he cannot beat Kittel/Cav, which is irrelevant in the current situation
