it if wasn't already obvious, no more cross for pidcock for the foreseeable. says he found it the most hardest discipline, as least naturally gifted, and the most difficult to get up for...winter, living away for christmas etc.
Will probably do more gravel in the off season as he did with the burn in SA, and mountain bike worlds next year.

I expect then a slower build up next year. considering he was near top form at alula/stade.

so I'd like to something like

jaen/andalucia - algarve
strade - tirreno - msr
basque
agr - fw - lbl

nove mesto mtb

Dauphine/suisse
tdf

les gets/worlds mtb

italian classics.

The real test is finding races that suit him that pog won't be doing. (as with everyone else)

well, mixing it up a bit.

Vuelta Ciclista a la Región de Murcia
Clásica Jaén
Vuelta a Andalucía
Het Nieuwsblad
Strade Bianche
Milano–Torino
Milano–Sanremo
Volta Ciclista a Catalunya
De Brabantse Pijl
Amstel Gold Race
La Flèche Wallonne
Liège–Bastogne–Liège

nice to see races that suit him, Jaen and Torino.
Murcia a bit of a curve ball
and Catalunya instead of Tirreno.

only racing pog three times. unfortunately in the biggest races though.
