Of *** off, Lopez suck as positioning, dont let that out on the most legendary rider in the peloton. Valverde IS the team.
Valverde is legendary. We all know that. But we hope that he does something in the future in this race, because he is not being any help right now. And don't tell me that he is here to guide or to coach Mas because he is too old for that. He is good on his own and his Gregarios next to him. Because Valverde on his own as well here. LOL.

Carapaz doing a Carapaz is the only way to change the outcome of this Tour. Because this is an Slovenian affair by far. The Tour could be clearly over soon.

Yes the GC has sailed for Porte but he is one of the best climbers in the team and maybe should have been better protected in the first week at least is my point

Also as I said before the race they should have brought Adam Yates
Yes I thought they would have included Yates or Dennis but I guess with smaller teams now they have to find the right balance between climbers and all rounders. I'm starting to think it was a small miracle that Porte finally got his podium as it seems the Gods have it in for him...............

Woooow now, easy dude, there is a LOT of Danes on this forum, that like football quite a bit these days ;)
Don't take it too personally. That's just my own attitude against ball kickers, especially when they have to be mentioned in any time, any place, even on CYCLING forum. ;)

Lopez again doing his thing. Yesterday in a podcast they were blaming Movistar for not looking after him. The Colombians were blaming him because he just simply doesn't know how to position. Today he was clearly at the back all the time (just like yesterday). Literally, all the time. I just don't get why Movistar don't have someone with him to Shepperd him. I don't get it. And Valverde at the front does not matter at all. He is already out. Why doesn't he help. Proving again what many on this forum say about him, he is too old to win at the Tour and he is not use to be Gregario. So it is a wasted position. Anyway. Just like in the Giro, when the mountains come is going to be completely out of it.

He had someone shepherding him throughout most of the stage today. Lopez was all over the place when they started on the Mur. At one point he was with Verona, Valverde, and Mas when they started hitting the climb hard. I don’t know what happened after that.

VDP back in top form today. I mean to attack twice at this climb. Once for the bonis and once for the win, is insanity.

And it worked as well.
No doubt in my mind this VDP can also win Fleche Wallone. I know there are a lot of doubters, but look at this field and the top 20 with all climbers. He can definitely do it.
No way VDP waits for the final ascent in FW, he'd probably attack multiple times before it.

I have no clue why he's at the Tour. Apparently something about trying to get an early stage win, but he got hurt in one of the crashes yesterday so that isn't even an option. Also apparently he's supposed to be using the Tour as training for the Olympics, which I still think isn't a smart idea anyway and yesterday proved that. When he wants to be useful to another rider he can be as he showed last year when he was actually helping Mas. So far Mas hasn't needed much if any help. Also Mas is the one Valverde has picked to start turning over leadership of the team to.

Read that Van der Poel won the stage and got the yellow. Congrats to him on that.
