Col de la Lusette is a very worthy MTF, definitely not the hardest but should’ve been raced properly.Yeah... because stage 6 on a MTF that wasnt very hard. It wasnt much to gain that time either for the effort needed to make the selection.
And again... stage 6.
Now it is stage 1 and not very hard climbs.
Thats very short term thinking and his rivals are still fresh despite that, stage 1.I understand GC is a long game. But if you are supposed "superteam" with uncertain form of your main rivals due to crashes you should invest more on stage like this. At least in my books.
Again... stage 6, with all flat before that. Not much was gonna happen. Why pace hard to gain 20s at most? Nah.Col de la Lusette is a very worthy MTF, definitely not the hardest but should’ve been raced properly.
Stage 6 2020 was a disgusting display of cowardice by all involved and should have seen suspensions meted out.Yeah... because stage 6 on a MTF that wasnt very hard. It wasnt much to gain that time either for the effort needed to make the selection.
And again... stage 6.
Now it is stage 1 and not very hard climbs.
Nah, more like all thinking it was not worth it.Stage 6 2020 was a disgusting display of cowardice by all involved and should have seen suspensions meted out.
That kind of mass gathering in the same place for so long without moving was surely against Covid rules.
It wasn't "not pacing hard". It was "not pacing AT ALL" and losing time to a sprinter who'd been in the break all day.Again... stage 6, with all flat before that. Not much was gonna happen. Why pace hard to gain 20s at most? Nah.
More than 20s could’ve been feasible on the right day, especially with how we raced the last two years.Again... stage 6, with all flat before that. Not much was gonna happen. Why pace hard to gain 20s at most? Nah.
Awesome. It wasn't "not pacing hard". It was "not pacing AT ALL" and losing time to a sprinter who'd been in the break all day.
