Also, why is Remco closing this for Pogacar ffs, surely he knows if Vingegaard is ahead Pogacar won't blink twice.

Remco is ahead of Vinge at moment on GC.

I wouldn't say Visma attacked, everyone else did. It was then fully strung out and Vingegaard attacked and tried to bridge a gap, but by that point it had been five-ten minutes since Pogacar's piss

Cause Remco is currently in 2nd out of GC riders ahead of Jonas would be my guess.

I missed Van der Poel there, not my finest moment.

But the front doing a consistent effort should keep them much fresher than guys like Van Aert who has done a crazy amount of intervals.

This feels like a junior race, Remco just loving this. And if he could bridge without Pogi he could have a free ride in that group. When you’re at the front, better to go than to wait again and miss the split.

It was so long after Pogacar had his nature break, the race had been exploding for a good few minutes. It was total chaos – should there be a moratorium on attacks until Pogacar is placed nicely at the front of the peloton?

This stage is far more chaotic and enjoyable than I was expecting tbh, thought there would be more of the dreaded 'keeping powder dry for tomorrow' from the GC brigade.

Vingegaard is simultaneously too boring because he doesn't attack and insecure when he goes crazy at 70km to go on a flat stage.

The enemy is always insurmountably strong and pathetically weak.
