No they are riding for GC. They got the stage win yesterday, meaning this Tour is a massive success anyway and now they are pursuing Johannessens GC bid. In the break there are first and foremost Carlos Rodriguez, but also G.Martin, Skjelmose and O’Conner could find the way back into top 10 with mountain breakaways. With the TT tomorrow it’s not any point for guys like Abrahamsen, Cort etc to save energy for the coming stage, so they ain’t risking anything by pulling.
