Not a lot of narrowing roads in the city center of Rotterdam. Thanks to the good old Luftwaffe we ain't got the narrowing cobbly streets that you see in Amsterdam or Utrecht. Today's finish street (Boompjes) is 4 lanes wide and also the streets prior to the finish are pretty wide.

Kool was quite fortunate that Vos allowed her to come through that gap, but she's definitely got her final kick back now. I hope the time splits will be neutralised after that last crash.

Yes Kools not the greatest TT'r from memory on past performances.
I'm surprised more of the TT specialists aren't better placed in GC though given its a great opportunity to take the yellow jersey at this stage, maybe they didn't think the distance or course would create enough gap to try.
Think Wiebes or Dygert for the ITT. Give some chance to Faulkner. I can confidently say that the women's peleton is more aggressive in sprint finishes, compared to the men's peleton. The women are less likely to dab their brakes in the final than the men and will take more chances.

Adegeest's time looks pretty good so far. It will most likely be beaten later on, but it could still be enough to secure a top 10.
Brown a second slower in the T1-finish split than Adegeest. Looks like an amazing time by Adegeest.
