It's Jamaican for 'unknown'
shes not really a climber either...
Le Court has become so good at everything in a relatively short timespan... she's this year's Kopecky. I wonder how she'll go on the longer climbs. She already has gathered 26 bonus seconds in this race, and if she continues like this she could even make up a minute deficit via bonis.
Vollering doesn't seem to be in too much pain. I hate to give it to Van Emden but she is a tad overly dramatic at times.
Le Court finished 3rd on Jebel Hafeet. The unanswered question is how well Le Court will go in the big mountains. She is the anointed from the team.
They're still somewhere near where they should be though. If we take Ferrand-Prevot's mountain support for instance, seems to be much worse. The (on paper) best climber Bunel finished last today...To be fair to Vollering, she is also one of few who can be a bit below her best and still be quite strong. It is however a potential worry that Labous and Muzic still don't seem to have reached peak shapes, although it might not matter too much in the end.

I would hope that they don't sacrifice Gigante for LeCourt. I think Gigante has proven her climbing ability at the Giro, so best to see how both go on the bigger climbs without sacrificing anyone until the road decides. Leave the pressure on FDJ, Canyon, JV, I was going to say SD works, but I think AVDB will be on her lonesome.Sure, it's not like most teams appear stronger than them either. Question is if Gigante will be stuck in a domestique role or they're prepared to sacrifice Le Court.
Bunel crashed today, so I don't expect much from her tomorrow.
That is a very consistent tempo climb in a February race, however, so the question is going to be how well she can replicate that on Col de la Madeleine, which is longer and steeper, and also against a stronger field. Yes, ELB was there on Jebel Hafeet, but the likes of Persico and Trinca Colonel were the ones KLCDBP was climbing with, obviously not mugs by any means, but also not comparable to the likes of Vollering.Le Court finished 3rd on Jebel Hafeet.
I realize KLCDPB is Le Court but what do those extra initials stand for? That is a very consistent tempo climb in a February race, however, so the question is going to be how well she can replicate that on Col de la Madeleine, which is longer and steeper, and also against a stronger field. The question will be as to whether the team decides to try to protect her with Gigante or lets them go for their own goals - as a pure climber the Australian has much more cache, but she's also coming off the back of peak form at the Giro. I think they'll let them ride for themselves in the first instance, but if Gigante fatigues, they will spend the remainder of what she has in the tank for KLCDBP.

Dermabrasion is a skin-resurfacing procedure that involves removing the outer layers of skin to reduce the appearance of scars, wrinkles, and other skin imperfections. It's a more invasive procedure than microdermabrasion, and is typically performed by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
The procedure is typically performed under local anesthesia with or without sedation, or in some cases, general anesthesia.
It is, however it is also around 60% the length of the Col de la Madeleine MTF, and 1,3% shallower on average. The problem is, there aren't many data points we can reasonably use for Le Court as a GC climber because she hasn't been in the pro péloton all that long, and by and large hasn't been going for GCs so how representative her performances on other big mountains are is open to interpretation. She was 5th to La Molina in last year's Volta a Catalunya, but that's a hard one to gauge because she's losing a minute or so to Marianne Vos while still gaining time on Sarah Gigante and Évita Muzic. So? It's still a high MTF.
