Cancellara did a pretty good ITT today, what do you guys think? :D

He did. BUT the wind shifted and is helping the teams now at the final sector. That played big part.

Has there ever been an overall contender contribute so little in a TTT as Andy...

Fränk was worse!:D

Anyways wind has dropped, so there is hardly any wind against on the 2nd part.

funny enough is that contador is 1:37 behind schleck after stage 2 and schleck still has to attack to make sure he can keep his lead on the time trial.

in the 2009 time trial contador put 1:48 into schleck.

Yes, Andy in 2009.

If they had ITT 50km long like they did in the 90's Andy doesn't even make the top 10.

Well Schleck now needs to hold onto contador in the mountains if he can do that he'll win but that's easier said than done.

Edit: Garmin wins Hushovd in yellow, Fantastic ride by BMC though

if you are just talking about cadel no... he does not need to worry at all. he could be at the beach the last 2 months and still win.

He'll have to get much better on the rest days, I guess.

Gotta say that this was a lucky escape for Evans. He's been in the yellow before it doesn't mean that much to him. But the energy they would have to use to defend the jersey would totally not be worth it. This is the best he could hope for 2nd on 1 second.
