Don't think I've ever seen anyone win a sprint by that much after being that far back at 500m from the line.

Ewan looked absolutely horrible. His contract extension in 2021 for 3 years might be one of the worst in the last 10 years. Far behind Sagan and Froome, but still. Almost 2mil a year for absolutely nothing

Jakobsen looked insane.

Not just awful positioning, but he was completely on his own too.

Awesome speed by Jakobsen. Seems like he doesn't like using a leadout this season, so some days (like yesterday) he gets boxed in and we're all saying there's no way he's going to the Tour and then today he smokes them all.
Meanwhile Bennett who sees to have been brought into a decent position from the above pic, fails to make top ten.

If I'm Bora I try to get Kooij as a replacement in the transfer season. Kooij with monster leadouts from Van Poppel sounds actually scary.

this climb looks like a good addition to the race.

edit: Narvaez, Fisher-Black and Onley went clear. Still 46k to go, but not sure who's left to chase behind.

That group has bridged to the early break and leads the peloton by a minute and a half, could be the winning move considering that it's pretty much the three strongest teams who initiated it.

Yeah coming closer really fast now it seems.

Probably was the GPS honestly seeing they stopped coming closer now.

EDIT: or the GPS is just stuck now again, cause that's not 30 seconds I think

Bennett is doing a really good job there. But can Fabbro win this? He prepared for the Giro, so normally he should be strong..
