Don't underestimate Poels, you already managed to since the start of this race. And everytime proven you wrongTuarts said:Wout Poels wins Stage 3 of Tour de l'Ain, ahead of Pierre Rolland and David Moncoutié. Vacansoleil rider takes the overall lead too

Looks like that was a good ride to take it from Rolland.
Rolland favourite for tomorrow? Can't wait to watch it.![]()
Kelderman has back problems.l.Harm said:Kelderman ended at 10 minutes or something, I think he didn't really compete. Peaking for Tour de l'Avenir.
Giving up on Link already? Are you going to stick with good ol' Slagter?Dekker_Tifosi said:Kelderman has back problems.
Not first time he had back injury. Guess he's too injury phrone to be good
No, he didn't. He won the stage that crossed the Grand Colombier, that's true.Dekker_Tifosi said:Also, Poels won on the Gran Colombier last year
Slagter is probably the more talented climber anyway (everything they've done so far suggests this) but we can't really judge Kelderman by this result.hrotha said:Giving up on Link already? Are you going to stick with good ol' Slagter?

Taaramae and Pinot did not have a lot of strength, both tired after yesterday. I think Rolland can take it but he needs to blow Poels up. Oh well he has 2 stages to do that. Poels does however have Hoogerland who can support hi. Any idea whether Rolland/ Voeckler could do the Vuelta. Charteau maybe as well. Otherwise their team would suck.
I didn't underestimate him, I had no knowledge of him as a climber. He'd done very little in the races I've seen him compete in. So sorry I don't have your repertoire of cycling knowledge.Dekker_Tifosi said:Don't underestimate Poels, you already managed to since the start of this race. And everytime proven you wrong

He's already pretty sensitive about Dutch riders in general, but this one is from Limburg, his home province. So cut him some slackTuarts said:I didn't underestimate him, I had no knowledge of him as a climber. He'd done very little in the races I've seen him compete in. LaFleur said:Pretty sure we'll see some fireworks from the start of the climb, so only a few km's to the excitement. This is probably Taaramäe's last race of the season so he could very well put all in today.

Or not?
