What about Mt Kinabalu in Sabah.I don't think Tour De Langkawi has been there but it's something like 50k though not all uphill.

The 2.2 ranked Tour of Borneo was a new race on the asian calendar last year and they raced us up the first portion of kinabalu at the end of a 220k stage. Except it was only ~10k of climbing. The race is on again this year so perhaps they'll take it a notch further
