What about Mt Kinabalu in Sabah.I don't think Tour De Langkawi has been there but it's something like 50k though not all uphill.

The 2.2 ranked Tour of Borneo was a new race on the asian calendar last year and they raced us up the first portion of kinabalu at the end of a 220k stage. Except it was only ~10k of climbing. The race is on again this year so perhaps they'll take it a notch further

Is he in form to win the race overall?

Kash? well, he was climbing top 15ish in those hilly stages in Australia, and he has never been much of a hilly rider, so on paper his Vuelta 2010 (16th place) form should be close
