Okay, rabo failed to win the stage. But they were in the group with 4/5 and decided to give it all they have rather than not try and get nothing either. I respect that. Too bad their train of 3 got interrupted too early which caused mollema to be in the open too early, plus I think didn't have the legs to win anyway. But nothing to be ashamed of, really. As mentioned, Mollema 3rd, Clement 4th in GC.

Consider this will come down to a time trial at the end. Clement was once 3rd of the world at ITT.
What I find weird is that, in a large group apparently with no sprinters, Rabo was so keen on forcing a bunch sprint, instead of going wild off the front and trying to get a split or a breakaway.

Nice from Paterski his first WT points, with great help from Szmyd. Good stage for polish riders

I know the parcours isn't like super tough, but I certainly doubt that Clement will still be in 4th come the TT at the end.

Maybe because they thought Bauke could beat Bradley in a sprint, and in that way would secure the yellow?

Not a real strange thing to think...

Or using just half the team that was left.
Suggests Clement and a couple of others were used up.
Still, they have multiple threats for later in the race,
even if Wiggins can mark them all, a la Turkey Grabovski.

Oh man im getting a little frightened by UK Postal for the coming Tour.
So am I. Wiggins looks like he's on fire again, maybe even more so than in Paris-Nice.

I promise I'll be no worse than ACF was last year.

He was fairly restrained, considering. I'd go nuts if Bradley won the Tour. I'd be unbearable, I imagine. I'd still make Cadel a warm favourite, mind.

Mollema usually has a decent sprint on him, I guess they were pulling for him. And TBH if you'd asked me "who will sooner win a bunch sprint: Wiggo or Mollema" I'd have known my answer.

Menchov, seriously Menchov. Wake up this is not 5 years ago. Neither is a better TTr. Evans might be stronger and win a TT in week 3, Menchov will be no where
