I assume the 'Diesel' from the following post was simply word play. ~3-4km flat, non-technical, should be good for Durbridge, but I hadn't noticed Geraint Thomas was listed which another poster brought up, so I think he'd be a great chance as well.

The prologue could create very high average speeds.
It's totally flat, wide roads and 3,3km with 3 corners.
So i guess to win this you need to ride well above 50km/h in average
Should be ideal for riders with 4000m track expierence.

isn't it sufficient, he will prove it to you all in the giro first TT. 7 seconds is a pretty big gap, against well known prologue riders like Thomas, EBH, Millar, Rasmussen and Boom.
