15 seconds lost to Porte for a pure climber, who had never been good in any TT, on the flat part is very good for Sylwester

It depends on pacing, who is to say that Kreuzinger hasnt saved energy whereas Porte went relatively all out, If Porte is spent on the last bit Kreuziger will beat him
