This photo was taken maybe five to ten seconds after Chicchi hit the finish line. No way there was already an annoucement to which Contador could have reacted.

Chicchi was the only OPQS rider around... the photo was taken way beyond the crossing of the finish line by Chicchi. You see Contador, Eichler, Arroyo on this photo. They all finished between 15 and 25.

It IS Chicchi celebrating down there.

Maybe celebrating finishing with the front group and not crashing and/or losing time on a miserable day of racing (weather-wise)? Unable to contain his true intention of actually making his presence known inspite of his statements to the contrary? I hope he brings the pain in the mountains!
