UCI take note of the large passionate crowds please.You want to globalise cycling well theres 400 million people in south america,growing economies and would gain traction due to the obvious base support.We understand the need too line your po......... generate income so the UCI can continue its great work in the sport but cmon already.
Big crowds great atmosphere=better TV=more $ coming into the sport.

Yes, the only possible reason for having a WT race in China rather than cycling crazy South America is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. But we knew that already.
