It wasn't technical at all but there were some false flat sections and the wind was a major factor too."
Even for a relatively short TT, on a circuit course with no wind factors, 51+ kph is stretching things.

lol @ this entire post. he says there were SOME sections with false flat. so where does he say the entire itt is uphill?
and the wind was a factor, but he doesn't say how, headwind, tailwind or wind from the side.
