Nibali's only 10" back, tomorrows flat, and then the TT. Surely he must be one of the stronger time trialists in that sort of position. Possible he could go ahead on Thursday?

More a case of "he's the only decent time trialist anywhere around the top of the leaderboard" so it's looking good for him

Only Giacinti can realistically take it from him, and given Giacinti's performance yesterday, that's unlikely.

So, Loddo, Napolitano, then Chicchi. The Androni Giocattoli team is really pretty strong. I'll bet their results rival those of the Italian Protour teams (I may be going too far there).

Also, Rasmussen lost 13" on the riders we've been mentioning for the GC

Just for the record: I don't really have a clue about this race, or the field, either. It's the first time I've followed it. You can find the stages on the official website, though.

Found it. Although I don't like the format.

Serpa does a little bit of TTing does he not, no?
His first TT in last year's Giro was decent but that was a little bit hilly. In the second he was a lttle bit off.

Looking at the results the tour de san luis looks a good race.. it seems to have a good field competing in it and it´s a proper race.. I think it is more deserving of being in the pro tour than the tdu.. South america is interesting for cycling i think :S....

Results today. Serpa Tried but no luck. Rasmussen is getting better:
