Nibali's only 10" back, tomorrows flat, and then the TT. Surely he must be one of the stronger time trialists in that sort of position. Possible he could go ahead on Thursday?

More a case of "he's the only decent time trialist anywhere around the top of the leaderboard" so it's looking good for him

So, Loddo, Napolitano, then Chicchi. The Androni Giocattoli team is really pretty strong. I'll bet their results rival those of the Italian Protour teams (I may be going too far there).

The second Giro TT was a shambles, so that doesn't tell you much. He was 22nd in the Worlds, that's not too bad.

I have to say, they're doing good considering their age- I'm sad that our cycling federation just cannot put together a good group of younger riders to compete in San Luis...

Looking at the results the tour de san luis looks a good race.. it seems to have a good field competing in it and it´s a proper race.. I think it is more deserving of being in the pro tour than the tdu.. South america is interesting for cycling i think :S....
