Great showing by Quintana. A bit disappointed by Landa. LRP, well... if he isn't better than Fuglsang on these type of climbs i see it difficult for him to reach the podium at the TDF.

Quintana still has big challenges in the tour - cobbles, TT and the shared leadership - but at least this provides some anticipation that he'll be a threat. Not that I'm a massive fan, but I want some real competition.

His stage win in Route du Sud 2012. Forgot how long but I think around 60k.

He won a mountain stage in Route du Sud in 2012. I dont remember how far out he attacked but it was quite early in the stage and the time differences were huge.

Quintana reaching down to find his inner Badass. Chapeau. Fuglsang, as well. Strong ride for him. Good show. For Porte, strong ride, too. He may have gone a little too far into red for a couple Km after GVA pulled off. So nice to see Quintana coming into top form in time for July. Also, GVA is a beast. Great ending to this stage.

Nice, that's (almost) all I wanted to know. But since he became a genuine GT contender, isn't this the longest solo win, he's managed?

Well it wasn't 100% solo per se, it really depends on how you interpret it, but I think yes. Not many GC-riders have bigger solos really, outside of Froome obviously.

Why do you guys bashing Landa? He has a good season so far( stage win in Tirreno, he was the strongest in Vuelta al Pais Vasco...). He showed some good things here in Suisse. He probably doesn't want to spend too much energy. He doesn't need to be in great shape here. There is still a long way before the start of the TDF. I remember that even at the first week of the Giro 2015 and the TDF 2017, he wasn't among the best. But at the end, he was clearly one of the strongest, if not the strongest rider.

Tuned a bit too late. There were already only four of them. I would say a great stage that i wasn't obviously expecting as Arosa is a rather easy climb. Great work by Quintana and GVA (his final acceleration was bonkers). Porte looking a bit vulnerable after going full gas last stage but i guess congrats to him for winning this bike race unless crashes. Not really understanding Landa's small acceleration and Fuglsang basically riding for Porte last over 2km.

like' he will be man o man with Porte '...' He will win the Tour' ..' He will ride away from everyone'

So what exactly has he won at his age ?
Such rubbish hype frompeoplewho shoudl know better
