It was an Ulissi type of climb. It wasn't a Landa type of climb. Quintana finishes ahead of Landa - but Landa will be good on steeper climbs.

That is just crazy, he got caught 200 m from the line, and it wasn’t that steep

the last 200 metres are steep said Van Goolen on Sporza, he started to sprint to soon in2006 and fell still like Landa...

Only in GTs. He usually wins these kinds of races and is then declared top favorite for the Tour.

Still it was kinda painful seeing Slagter take away the boni seconds from Kelderman right before the finish

Doubt this route will shed much light on TDF prospects - It will leave unanswered questions.

Regardless of what they say, tactics and whatever, if Landa and Quintana will survive the first part of the Tour it looks inevitable that none will ride for the other and both will follow any opportunity to take time on the other.
