I'm assuming you're talking about the Union Jack, which I think all Brit athletes ride under even though they are different nationalities. (In something like golf they get more specific in that they compete under their own flag rather than the Union Jack.)I thought I saw the English flag next to his name...my bad

Oh yes, I clearly expect more of a 2023 Tour from him, as long as he survives the first week...I am quite positive though. He seemed to have been riding into shape the longer this TdS was going. Looks better than last year's Tour prep.
Maybe Gall should focus on spinning his legs correctly to not waste power. I can't understand how he spins his legs in that awful and wasteful way.
Seriously, he probably wastes a lot of power. It must be a side effect from playing golf.
Maybe you could do something to fix it with a good bikefit, saddle height, crank length and cleat position could all make a difference.I agree...it's kind of hard to explain...a little bow-legged?
Took me a while too to get it, no worries.now you got me even more confused
I get these vibes Joao is gonna destroy the field tomorrow.
He could've won this TdS with one leg hadn't the big escape happened in the first stage. Anyway that's cycling and it's been a very good show like that.
Hard work pays off. The prize after getting the hard miles. Is there a pic of Froomie picking up the teams classification prize, please say that there is.
Nah, triathlon background, that breast stroke knee position. It must be a side effect from playing golf.
Probably a small thing, maybe compensating for rocking hips because of a too high saddle, wrong saddle setback or saddle shape. Maybe also a wrong cleat position orbtoo narrow q-factor of his cranks (with his high cadence spinning I don't think that the cranks are too long).Seriously, he probably wastes a lot of power.
He probably loses a lot of time in every climb he does because of the way he spins his legs.
He's interviewing with SRF right now and said he just didn't have the legs today.Poor Alaphilippe!
Yes I saw it. <3He's interviewing with SRF right now and said he just didn't have the legs today.
No way he changes his style. No way. Is not that simple.Maybe you could do something to fix it with a good bikefit, saddle height, crank length and cleat position could all make a difference.
looks like they weren't invited to the podiumIs there a pic of Froomie picking up the teams classification prize, please say that there is.
looks like they weren't invited to the podium
"The following riders have to take part in the final podium ceremony:
– the first three of the Tour de Suisse
– the winners of the special classifications: overall classification, King of the Mountains classification, points classification, best young rider
– the leader in the UCI WorldTour classification after the Tour de Suisse (if present)"
Don't think Pogi was present either.
