I actually don't think it was boring perhaps everyone was still tired from yesterday. Seeing BMC doing so well is also a good thing regarding the TDF and Evens going for the Podium. So at least it might get interessting in July

Pretty much. It would be like Menchov or Gesnik being out of it. Anyway, the teams results speak form themselves so far.

Gilbert has abondened the race, I did not recogize that

I can't remember if he was a bit ill or if he crashed. Either way, it was a precaution to not endanger the nationals.
