After a year as a key Tour preparation race, Tour de Wallonie returns to its usual slot as the intermezzo between the Tour and the rest of the season. Obviously the area has suffered heavily in last week's floods and Stage 2 has been cancelled as a result. The three after it should be televised.

I have to say that I'm personally very happy to see him winning again.

And although he was just 21st today, I really hope Jakobsen will also manage to grab a win this season (if not in this race, then maybe in the Vuelta).

Been out and about all day, couldn't have returned to better news. So happy for Fabio.

I also see the first 45 kilometres of tomorrow's stage have been cut and replaced by an additional lap of the final lap (40 kilometres).
