In reality I'd like to see Cardoso take another win if there is the same kind of reduced peleton at the finish like the last couple of days. His chances are probably pretty good too. Maybe McEwen if he has the legs. He's been moving up the stage placings steadily, and it woulld be nice to see him get a win after such a sh!tty '09.

Between 100 and 140 it looks like a half pipe. Can we expect any ollie switch 360 flips?

What's the last K like? I see an incline, but how steep?

He shares my last name and he lives a few kms from me, so clearly he will win because I say so

*basks in own fanboyish idiocy*

Seriously though, he doesn't stand much of a chance, nor would I feel happier for him winning than someone else.

Not much at all. It's a false flat. Will have an effect on the sprint, though. The heavier guys won't do as well.

I'm voting 6 man break. Winner... sod it.. I'm going to be patriotic for once... Ben Swift.

(before anyone starts... patriotic because of his nationality, not because of which team he rides for.)

(Even though it'll be Valverde who actually wins)

The fast flat courses help. The shots on VS make the conditions look like a mix between San Diego and Phoenix. I hope for another day with wicked crosswinds and with such a small gap in the top few riders, anybody could pop. It's still anybody's race.....even Coddle. As long as an Aussie doesn't win overall alles klar. Saw Peter Garrett on TV yesterday he looks pretty good. Come on Steegmans get one at least.
