F*ck it, just f*ck it.

He'll be able to regroup for the Vuelta no doubt, but this sucks. I cursed both Jurgen and Bobby with this stupid thread. I'm like King Midas in f*cking reverse, as usual. I should just become a fan of Bertie, Gilbert, and Cavendish. Would make cycling faaar more competitive.

Not that outrageous, if he pedals in the bus in the coming stages he could maybe win a stage. But we're already halfway through the tour, so I doubt he'll get much better than this. It's really a shame, look how bad his competition for the white jersey is...

I say abandon and go for the Vuelta (or, go for those Canadian races, which he really seems to like).

Stupid Maassen and Van Houwelingen are idiots.

They should've let Gesink pull out after Super-Besse. Now he is only wrecking his back even more. And end of season after TDF.

Rabo might consider sacking Delahaije. Because if the only guy who survives in the first mountain stage is the one who didn't have any specific training for this Tour, then your training programs suck.

I called it. Thank God I had to miss today's stage otherwise I'd have been cringing throughout the whole stage. I knew he had to call it quits after Super-Besse and go for the Vuelta. Darn it. Rabo look like clowns now. Sigh.

What a partucularly depressing day for followers of Dutch cycling in general, and the Rabos in particular. They should let Gesink go home and consider shooting LL.

Johnny H is, of course, excluded from any criticism.

Yeah, the entire Sierra Nevada + Suisse altitude camp team sucked.

The race and the race thread. I really didn't notice him. But I don't pay attention to Rabo like you guys. No need to go all angry lol.

is TGBM trying to outdo Gesink in losing time?

They're both going for Lantern Rouge.

I find it pathetic that they're not pulling him out of the race. Unless he recovers, it's a mistake I think.
