So Magnier soldiered on for at least an hour with an concussion, after a crash that happened really early in the stage? Clearly, the protocols are no more than a piece of paper.
Pidcock also suffered a concussion apparently, not sure how long he carried on after his crash, but the news of abandonment came through same time as Magniers

Theyre 330ml bottles, only size they come in, they do 330ml cans as well, but yeah, not even any champagne to celebrate with, just this alcohol free beer. Which I'd have sampled had the weather been nicer.
There are some pubs which have it on 'draught'........It's okay for a week night drink, or when on driving duties. Not the worst I've had.

I was trying to identify it, without being able to zoom in enough to read the labels. But this blows my theory that it was Ghost Ship, the best of the Suffolk beers in my experience (I am, however, ready to undertake further research).

Yeah if I'd had chance to wander round the few tents they'd setup for the "event village" I might have had chance to sample it. But by the time we'd grabbed some food and recovered from our ride in enough to work out what to do next, we had to go pick a spot to watch the finish, not the easiest to do with bikes either.

Then post race everything just completely finished and that was it, not that the weather was helping mind.

But not a fan of Ghost Ship, alcohol free or full fat version, or goat sh** as we like to call it ;)

Broadside is nice (as is the Broadside Spirit) and it's the time of year for Old Ale.
