I've never heard of such a rule.

I'm gonna check later but there's rules at least similar to that, and honestly otherwise there should be lmao. Don't get me wrong, it's good that riders like Pedersen support smaller team BUT you can't have them racing the same races.

Is this real?

That's completely against UCI rules no?

I think it's only an issue if it's a ProTeam. That's why Landa wasn't forced to leave the Euskadi foundation when they only had a conti team, although it didn't sound like the UCI had a policy on the matter before they made that ruling.

For sure ought to be such a rule, but these sorts of issues are par for the course in sports as poorly (dis)organized as cycling.

I dunno if I'd call it dodgy.

It's not like the team was founded to aid him - it's rather about him giving back to the sport in his home country.

Of course it's dodgy when they are riding the same races lmao. Always a conflict of interest.

And like I said, it's good that Pedersen supports smaller teams, that doesn't mean it isn't a bit dodgy.

UNO X guy went of the road resulting in a big crash

Also very weird that not a single team is helping Visma.

EDIT: Lotto finally starts helping

Zingle attacks from the lead group on the flat - and Würtz tries to go with him, after just getting caught - but they get caught back fast

Stupid attack from Zingle, but I guess they were tired of doing all the work. Würtz Schmidt seems to on a De Bondt like mission to secure a new contract. Maybe EF will sign him instead.
