the guy was sprinting uphill agains froomey and won(froomey said so). right after angliru 2011 i imagined wout in sky colours, skinny and tall and helluva cyclist. fits in. that crash ruined almost everything. i want to see him winning, really like him

Nibali will smoke 'em. His wife will be with him in Oman. Green mountain a la Froome last year.

nah. He will start his epic troling the same way he did last year. Giving his adversaries a false hope that he might only peak for the tour this year as well.

But when TA comes he will be ready. He will show the world that he is at the pinnacle of physical condition, gonna make Froome and AC look like kids that just got their first bikes while he blows the hell away from the peloton

I agree with this for the most part. :) Don't think he'll do much in Oman, but definitely hope he is riding strong for TA. He will make at least Froome look like a kid. Not the great one. :p

You better hope not. Otherwise Vino will send out another letter, and Nibs already said he will never forget the last one as long as he lives. If this happens, those two will have a massive mafia war. :p

That is why it is trolling. He just rides Oman for the lulz, but crushes everyone in TA, making Vino a happy Kazakh warlord :p

:D

Vino needs to get tough with Cookson next, and send a letter to UCI headquarters

Pulling for K?nig, Valverde my favourite though. Nabbing Housing stage on the line. Are there time bonuses?

This is from the Website:
Article 8. Bonuses:
Time bonuses, applied only to the general individual classification, are awarded for all stages according to article 2.6.019 of the UCI regulations.
They concern intermediate sprints and stage finishes, and are awarded as follows:

3", 2" and 1" will be awarded to the first 3 riders in intermediate sprints.
10", 6" and 4" will be awarded to the first 3 riders at stage finishes

Doesn't it look like 2014 Tour de France squad? Pretty similar...

NIBALI Vincenzo
VAN GARDEREN Tejay
MAJKA Rafal
RODRIGUEZ Joaquim
VALVERDE BELMONTE Alejandro
PINOT Thibaut
ARREDONDO MORENO Julian
KONIG Leopold
BARGUIL WARREN
COSTA Rui Alberto

I'm looking forward to see these guys fighting for GC.
