Yes because some people didn't get the memo that 2 bad results (im not taking prologues as a normal TT) after a whole series of decent to good ones doesn't mean anything and have to go on and on about it.

And some people didn't get the memo that they don't need to constantly mention every good TT he's ever done, any time his mediocre TT skills come up.

This. I'm confident Gesink usually has better TTs compared to last year, but I really don't feel like replying on every comment that says otherwise. Not at all actually as there is good reason to question his TT abilities looking at last year.

anyway i concede gesink is a pretty average time trailer, last year gives me no confidence anyway. Like kwibus mentioned maybe he'll do an 'ok' time trial, but he is in no way good/great at time trials. but yeah this is a over-discussed topic.

i look forward to green mountain anyway, i like Jrod because he has some racing in his legs already.

And trust me i dont hate Dutchies. Most of the top posters here are Dutchies. The dialogue here would suffer significantly without youngest, moondance, yourself etc. Its because of this that you always know you can get some quality entertainment by trolling Gesink or Rabo.

Though for once, in this thread it wasnt me that said Gesink cant tt.

You are becoming more of a fanboy than me. You will never get that Gesink is a very mediocre time triallist. All you dutchies especially timmy have said before that gesink had great form in the tour de suisse last year and then he puts out a poor result and finishes 5th on GC because of that tt.
