Well I think we can finally put the ' Greenedge suck' argument to bed. They've had a smashing early season by anyone's standards.

They are maximizing their chances everywhere. Well done to them no doubt.

Any team that insults cycling by not even trying to have any proper climbers sucks, regardless of whether they get some decent wins elsewhere.

Hardly. Dont think that was anyone was denying their sprint credentials. Gerrans is the only rider that has been above expectation this season so far.

Great win today though. Always nice to see the sprint get ambushed.

OK, so once again a GreenEdge riders is allowed to ride away, while the peloton sit up and allow it to happen?
Even Allan Davies manages 2nd?
GE, the wonders of the world tour.

Sucky, sucky route so far, too.

It was very funny to watch how long did it take for the peloton to guess that GreenEdge won't be chasing their own rider

some QS guy. And he really ruined it for the rest of them

MY feed was so pixelated I couldnt tell the teams apart. Was hoping that it was a Greenedge because anyone else and it would be criminal to let that gap appear.

Another gift for GreenEdge. So far all their wins have been gifts. M-SR: Cancellara brings Gerrans all the way to the line. Gift. Catalunya: The peloton lets Albasini join a breakaway in which all the other riders are ****, and give them 14 minutes. Gift. Today: GreenEdge rider attacks and no one reacts at all, expecting GreenEdge to bring back their own rider. Another gift! :p

Nice last 500 metres. The rest of the race I could have slept through. That looked tired.

Greenedge does it again. Impey benefited from "who" around that round about?

Cept today they won the sprint for second as well :p

They need all the air time they can get before they enter some races with lumps in though :D
Maybe the organisers will cancel all the mountain stages of the Giro

True, but they have been riding aggressive so far. The fault lies with the other teams.

At least Cav isn't here with the ambition to win a couple of stages (the route isn't that bad). :D Then we can really fear for Libertine's life.

Weather effected today. Usually a much more attacking in the final Ks despite the route. A good day for the climbers to sit in wearing their thermals.

The sun will come out tomorrow.
