Van der Sande & Vanendert extended with Lotto Soudal.

to do what ???

washing the bike of Wellens & Greipel?

Van der Sande had 13 top-10's and 1 win this year, so I don't see why he wouldn't deserve an extension.

According to your logic every team that isn't Sky, EQS, Movistar, BMC and maybe teams like Astana & Orica should just drop half of their team.

With all thi money in China/Lampre ...whatever they are called ....they could afford Konig & Henao and a few others ...in fact they will find it difficult this year to get big names as most signed

Only unconfirmed big signing are Contador, Henao, Konig, Kennaugh, Swift, Lopez, Cardoso, Castroviejo, Trofimov,Kiserloski,Ten Dam, Kelderman,Weening, Gasparotto,Pozzovivo,

Saronni confirmed that next year will be the same team with only the change of the first sponsor (Lampre will be the second) and the contracted riders are all confirmed. He also seems certain of the WT licence (i'm still non convinced about that) and suggests a partnership with Team Colpack for a continental development team.

And the budget is €120m  ( for at least 3-4 years I suppose )
Wonder what they can do with that budget this late in the season, the real talent seems already locked up. More bucks for next season I suppose, and then theyll have some chepish chinense packfodder also.

Yeah, but Copack will get the strongest Chinese prospects, so maybe in a few years we'll see a few interesting Chinese prospects.
According to La Gazzetta the team will probably ride Colnago bikes.

Contador singing to Trek is more or less confirmed.
Ten Dam signed for an extra year with Giant(Sunweb)
Kelderman most probably to Giant(Sunweb) as well

I can't see him staying. At SKY he won't be leading the Ardennes classics, at Bahrain he'll be co-leader. From his own personal PoV, he'd rather be at a team that gives him more oppurtunities to win races that suit him, especially when he has shown multiple times that he has the talent and capability.

If he wants to leave to get more opportunities fine. For me joining Bahrain doesn't look like a good move at all.Considering his talent he should do it for a better team.Hopefully he'll get some other offers to chose from if he won't stay at Sky.

Should be a Leader at the Ardennes for sure with Colbrelli as well for Amstel, no? And he would probably also get to lead some stage races + maybe co-lead a GT.

VDS : 13 top 10's in what kind of races? and even against a weak sprinters field he manages to finish 5th or 6th...

Vanendert doesn't show anything at all last years nothing zero...

I think will be Nibali the leader for Ardennes, Colbrelly said that he want to ride Sanremo, RVV and Roubaix in an interview for Gazzetta some day ago.

Yeah just like half of the peloton if you only look at the results. Vanendert did an excellent job for Greipel in the Giro and was decent in Belgian races. You're judging his year based on a leader-status, he's nothing more than a dom and he's doing that job pretty good this year. ¨Plus he's earning almost nothing if he doesn't perform.

You're just focussing on wins and just ignoring the work they're doing for their leaders. Again, half of the peloton would be without a job if teams select their riders based on your logic.

Are there any rumors on what Linus Gerdemann and Fabian Wegmann will do next season, now that Stölting is going back to Continental level? I wonder whether both might call it quits for good, the chance of them finding a decent team again seems rather low to me.

Love the jersey.

I have read (but can't find it) that this jersey was just knocked up for the press conference.

TJ-Sports won't even be the sponsor name, that is just an ad-hoc consultancy to get the project up and running.
http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/saronni-reveals-details-of-the-new-chinese-worldtour-team/
We haven't had direct contact but via TJ sport – a fund created to find resources for the project. In 20 days they've gathered 120 million Euro and amongst the brands involved are (online retailer) Alibaba, (clothing brand) J-one, Wanda Sport (the owners of Ironman triathlon series and Infront the sports media giant interested in professional cycling). There's a fight to become the team's title sponsor.

Lets break the silence in here

Robert Kiserlovski ex Tinkoff to Katusha
Van Keirsbulck ex Etixx to Wanty *confirmed*

Etixx have lost quite a lot of cobbles guys: Martin, Maes, Vandenbergh, Van Keirsbulck and Wisniowski. They will still name a very strong squad of course but they don't have quite the same depth now.
