Scott Twaithes leaves Bora, but already has a WT contract with yet un named team

For some reason I feel he will move to Sunweb or Katusha.

Which reminds me: any rumours regarding his fellow Yorkshireman Adam Blythe?

Seen something about Katusha, but unsure now.
Twaithes probably will end up with Sky. ( call it a hunch)

Thwaites had plenty of teams interested but felt he could still improve on the cobbles, so did not want to be well down a pecking order. Rumored to have declined Sky interest.

Anybody know anything about a rumour saying Brandao + Marque to W52 while Veloso goes to Tavira? Some Portuguese people on Twitter have said it but can't find anything that even seems like a credible rumour.. Seems kinda crazy to be realistic

This very rumour was posted in this thread some days ago, so could be from here from all we know hitherto...

Sergio Henao, Sergey Lagutin e Antonio Nibali to Bahrain-Merida according to CyclingFever.

Henao is an amazing signing, although I was hoping he'd go to Lampre or any team but Bahrain. Lagutin is 35, and hasn't really been good for the last couple of years, while Antonio is there because Vincenzo. Like Juraj. Maybe like Juraj he'll become actually pretty decent.

He did well in today's Vuelta stage

And unlike Juraj he's the younger brother, by quite a bit. Gives him a bit more time to develope as a rider.

Yeah I posted a couple of pages back, read it somewhere and it was also posted on Cyclingfever. Veloso leaving W52 makes perfect sense after the Volta as he didn't look to happy losing to his teammate, they will want to replace him and Brandao is a beast and Marque might need a new home as its not certain his team will be around next season.

Was Colbrelli to Bahrain already confirmed? I don't like it at all, I was hoping he'd go to Lampre, especially if Ulissi moves to Bahrain as well (because they have a quite similar skillset, with Colbrelli sprinting a bit better and Ulissi climbing a bit better)

Ulissi has already renewed at Lampre

I was actually expecting to see Joni going to a PCT team like Caja Rural, but since W52 is making efforts to get the PCT status it makes some sense. About Marque...well that is a litlle more suprising since this season was far from great for him and he has already 34
