Marc Goos will go to the development team first.

Lotto Jumbo is negotiating with Daan Olivier who quit cycling last year because of 'crash fear'.

Well, those three sources boil down to only one, the Telegraaf one, as the other two just reference that article. However, the Telegraaf is probably right.

Interesting signing, it will be interesting to see if Kelderman suddenly blooms like Mollema, but I have my doubts at this point.

Lotto NL looking in pretty bad shape. Should send Gesink to the Giro with Crash.

Luca Pibernik ex Lampre to Bahrain

Makes sense with Stangelj as SD.... so if you wanna join Bahrain you best be Slovenian or Italian :)

Someone mentioned on a portuguese forum that André Cardoso is going to Trek and Rafael Reis (W52-Porto) is going to a spanish team, I'm hoping it's Caja Rural.

Instead of strengthen up LottoNL seems to become even weaker in 2017. There ain't no single reason but loyalty why Kruijswijk prolonged his contract. He would've gotten better support and a bigger paycheck elsewhere. Looks like it really was a matter of honor to stay at his team.

Olivier and Goos returned to racing this weekend in the Ronde van Midden Nederland with Team LottoNL Jumbo - De Jonge Renner.

I'm surprised to see Goos in Giant development, given all the support that LottoNL gave him in his recovery process.

No way. Clement and Van den Broeck are good tranfers, they will support Kruijswijk in the giro.
Floris de tier,Boom and JJ lobato are also very decent riders . Last year they signed Groenewegen,Roglic, campenaerts and battaglin.
In general not bad at all, despite the small budget.

Insurance question. He went for a 'mom' hip protheses which is not advised to do so in the Netherlands because it is a risky procedure.

Colbrelli finally getting the WT chance he deserves. He's a great worker and an excellent teammate. I'd love him to have a breakout season in 2017.

So Sky worked out his **** and Henao leaves them for a bigger paycheck from Bahrein? Classy move!

Not necessarily a bigger paycheck. Not having to sacrifice yourself for Thomas at Paris-Nice seems like a decent reason to move

Quite. Bahrain won't be making one nationality of riders sacrifice themselves for others, most likely. So he'll get his chances whenever he's strongest.

Sky helped Sergio tremendously, but Sergio has given up many great opportunities working for Sky's leaders. Now that Poels asserted himself in Ardennes and with Kwiatek there, it makes complete sense for Sergio to leave and he should,I think Sky will be very happy with what they got out of him, a brilliant transfer that was.

You're both talking as if working for Thomas was a weird thing to do, akin to being made to work for Serge Pauwels or something. Thomas won!

Good News for him , Ulissi either way get a two year contract!!!

I'm not very positive about it...but let's wait to see how things go
Maybe his brother could stay with him, and he trys to get more portuguese help!

I know that Joni Brandao have been linked up with Caja Rural, but after Volta a Portugal, Brandao has been associated wiht Lampre , so lets see what happen!

I still don't understand how this new Lampre and Bahrein (look at Colbrelly interview for example) can talk like a done deal the WT status when there are only two spot available and the other it's almost sure for Bora

Lampre has the spot, so this "new team" continues having it. Bahrain and Bora will be the ones fighting for the last one.

To win in Ardennes classics, to win a Tour of Suisse or to make some other proper results in WT he will need much more quality help than thouse portuguese guys. Don't get me wrong, i believe in Joni's talent but he has 0 experience in WT and in the other hand he will probably go to a PCT team, not a WT one (which is imo the best option)

I don't see Nibali or Sagan being ruled out of from the WT teams...
