A good rider for the harder sprint stages and a good addition to Mareczko's potential sprint train, if he resigns with them.
Many guys on DD still don't have a contract, all the Eritreans and Morton would be interesting for some teams.
Morton would be a good leader for the US stage races for Trek, let him race those and some spanish races, maybe the Vuelta, the guy's great at climbing in the heat, but hates bad weather, a US PCT team would also be a good fit for him.
Kudus, Berhane, Debesay and Teklehaimanot would be great singings for many teams, atm Bahrain only have 21 riders signed for 2018 and Copeland actually seems to care about African cycling, I could see them picking up 2 or 3 of them.

Good to hear. I'm not sure he's a WT level rider but definitely Pro Conti. Israel Cycling Academy will have a nice squad next year.

In the last two and a half years he has one pro win (and one .2). It's all very well being one of Belgium's fastest sprinters, but pro races have international fields and the WT and PCT ranks are full of guys who are much faster. If he was picking up four or so small sprint wins a year, the Belgian PCT teams would be climbing over each other to sign him.

It's a pity. I've like the guy since his An Post days. But it's a cold, hard world out there for sprinters who don't win particularly in the present period when the sprinting field is so deep.

Cannondale's roster for next year lacks puncheurs with decent finish like him. But Paterski himself said that he was surprised to find out that he wouldn't get an extension so it looks like he will be lucky to find a team above conti level this late in the transfer season. Many of the WT and PCT teams have announced their full rosters already.

Has anyone heard any talk of what Yonathan Monsalve is doing next year? He was pretty dominant in the Tour of Qinghai Lake this year and has had a string of good results since stepping down from 5 years at Pro Conti level teams. Is the Qinghai win enough to get him back into the pros?

Him stepping down from PCT/Southeast not resigning him was a joke, he was one of their best riders, able to get good results in Europe (3rd on La Spezia the Giro stage when Astana went crazy) and still rather young at the time, but we're talking abbout the team that didn't resign him and Finetto, but a few guys who had agreed to bring their own sponsors...
Him not signing with another pct team or even with a team like Astana or Lampre was a bit of a surprise for me, he's a great rider and deserves to ride for a good team, maybe one of the Spanish PCT teams will try to sign him.
If that's not an option he could always try his luck in Portugal, I wouldn't be too happy about that, but they seem to pay their riders rather well.

Could be a real blessing for Movistar, they are lacking in rouleurs and for a guy like Paterski to become available at probably a cut price would certainly be tempting, just not sure if they would have enough money to spare even so unless a fair bit of time goes by and Paterski is still struggling for a team.

I don't think Paterski has WT level anymore. He had a great year with CCC (think it was 2015) but was unable to replicate that kind of form on the following years. This year he was quite dominant in Polish races but subpar on international races. He would be a good addition to some italians PCT teams (Willier/Nippo).

I'm surprised Floris Gerts wasn't renewed by BMC. Maybe Roompot takes him, he is a good rider. He would also be a good fit for Wanty and other belgium PCT teams.

Some other interesting riders who have yet to be confirmed by some team are Barta, Grivko (both would be a great addition to Movistar, especially the former, good TT and flat engines who could replace some of the riders leaving the team), Chernetckii...
