There are more than two teams in the peleton - A number of teams could be a good fit for Benoot - Think he'd be better to focus on classics as opposed to GC.

Benoot will join Carapaz at Ineos next year apparently.

So they both can be domestiques? They both have no chance of having leadership there. But hey if they just want a high paycheck ineos is the place to go.

I am also afraid, that Carapaz will end up at Sky same way as Sosa last year since the agent is the same - Giuseppe Acqardro.

With Nippo set to fold at the end of the year, there are a few interesting prospects. Certainly Alejandro Osorio, Marco Canola, Gio Lonardi and perhaps the Cima brothers should find new teams. They have a few young Italians who could also be picked up. Joan Bou could return to Kometa, given he raced as part of Contador's team before going pro, and that makes even more sense if Kometa do move up to PCT level

Battistella and Sobrero jump from Dimension Data Conti to the WorldTour team in 2020, which will be known as Team NTT.

There were two teams that were in the running, for Benoot himself. Those were Ineos and Sunweb, with the latter being in pole-position to reel him in. The contract was all but signed. But now (since Dumoulin is rumored to leave?) we're hearing rumblings of Benoot dismissing Sunweb.
And i'm absolutely not convinced he'd better chose for the classics. He's been riding for a team that focuses on the classics, where he's had an insane amount of freedom as well as being a leader where and when he wanted. He just lacks punchs and he can't sprint. He's more of a diesel climber and not a guy that can jump away on a short steep hill from other rivals. With van Aert and van der Poel jumping into the fray, his chances in the classics will drop even further. Being punchy on the climbs and being able to finish are two of the most important skills for a classics rider, two of which Benoot is underwhelming at best. On the other hand, without truly committing to GC, he's already had some nice results in TDF, Dauphiné and TDS.

But maybe he would like to become the next Leif Hoste, someone nobody remembers 10 year down the line. "There was this guy, who also had a bit of talent, finished in the top 5 of classics a bunch of times and won Strade once... argh, what was his name again?". Yup.

And if he really wants to win classics, there is only one team where he should go. None of the other teams will offer him a better chance at that than Lotto.

It will be interesting to see where those riders end up.

Formolo to UAE, according to la gazzetta. He'll be their leader for hilly one day races, those and shorter stage races will be his main focus.

Link?
Did he openly say he'll stop chasing top10 in GTs? That would be great news.

It's only in the printed version, the article mentions that he will no longer go for the gc in gts.
Here's an article from another website: https://www.tuttobiciweb.it/article/2019/07/17/1563348887/davide-formolo-tricolore-uae

Wonder where Dan Martin ends up...Formolo seems to be taking over his role a leader for hilly one-day races and shorter stage races.

Ineos have been after him before.

This stuff is getting confusing. We won't know for sure until official announcements start being made which have to wait until Aug 1.

Rodriguez is an impressive young climber. Won at La Camperana last year in the Vuelta by catching and dropping Majka.

According to cycling fever, Bilbao is heading to Movistar as well, though I've also seen him linked with Bahrain, while Ruben Fernandez would go with Nairo.
