hello everyone, i am a newbie on this forum, as well as to mtn biking. have been a roadie for 6 yrs. me and a couple of buds are planning a weekend biking/fishing trip to tsali/fontana lake area of north carolina. any advice on which loops are better suited to less experienced mtn bikers? any places/things we shouldn't miss on our trip? thanks for any light you can shed on these questions. bud708

Tsali is a good pick for you.. the trails are not very technical, which makes them approachable to less experienced riders

but they are very swoopy and fun to ride, so even faster/more experienced riders can have a lot of fun as well

all the trails are well marked and there is no lack of friendly folks out there..
