i think it was merckx.

i can't really remember the rules, but it was something like pick the winner of each race (think we did mainly PT races) and in stage races, each stage winner, jersey winners etc.

It was pretty cool.

Yeh I didn't play but it looked fun, I forget who ran it?

Searched the forum and found out it was Merckx, who ran the "Prediction Game" - maybe you can try and convince him to do it again next season?

I'd still really like to make a U23 competition, but it depends on the number of participants. If so, it would still be mandatory to pick 5 riders from 1989, 1990 and 1991+ (And I might even exclude the obvious choice Sagan) to allow more diversity amongst the younger riders.

only one guy mentioned Kittel. No John Degenkolb neither.

I was told there is also a 18yo Kiwi who almost beat McCaulley in the NZ tt champs.

How about Canuck champ Boivin. Won in Cuba already this year.

Sorry but beating McAuley on a bike is no great feat!!

Beating his mouth is though!!

His own admission is that he dropped in on England for a while so he could

stop being beaten by Europe's second layer all the time!!

How times change. In only six years he'd be lucky to podium there now!!
