Who UAE was so romantic, heart shaped lakes, heart shaped parks and heart shaped gardens.. Maybe Valentine's is a big deal

I am watching on DSports channel and when I switched to Eurosport I hadn't noticed that they don't play the helicopter sound which is much better, 3 commentators are excellent.

Some stress in the peloton, early for a UAE sprint stage without wind

This was the stage where Gall, Seixas, Rodriguez, etc. crashed hard last year with 4k to go. There was also a big crash in the last corner.

Ah UAE is trying to split it, thats why there was stress, but there isn't even 20km/u wind I think

Gap is getting bigger, interesting. But when the sprint trains come they'll probably still easily catch them

Close win for Milan, didn't look that strong.

Don't understand what happened to INEOS and Lotto train. After the highway they were in the lead, and suddenly nowhere to be seen

Second time this finish, second time a crash in that last corner. I appreciate the UAE Tour trying to do something different with some turns, but if you have 7 lane roads for 10kms straight coming into 2 smaller turns it's just asking for trouble

Yeah both did insane work when they needed, then disappeared and lost even more spots because of that rider crashing

I just see Steffen and Welsford not anticipating well and losing wheels.

That was a 250 m sprint and he wins by almost a bike length, if that's not strong, I don't know what is. Credit to Ethan Vernon for leaving enough room on the left.

To me it looked like Matteo Milan's rear tyre exploded in the last bend. Hard to blame the route planners for that.

Did he win by a bike length? I turned it off after the sprint so I didn't see from above. It looked like Blikra Erlend was quite close and if the door wasn't shut on him it would've been much closer. Could be wrong, because that was front view, not top view
