yeah... but diredtor missed the crucial moment... amateurish stuff
Yeah... when Pieterse only lost a second or so on the last climb to the 2nd intermediate, I thought "you better stay on this " :D well, at least we got a 3 second slowmo

PFP found her miracle form for the Worlds again. Can't help but think that we didn't see the best Pieterse today. In the first lap it was like she had too low tire pressure, so slow she went up the longer climb relative to the others. But if she's one thing she's a fighter.

Don't leave a gap and complain when a rider sticks it up the inside; it really is that simple. I can't think of any racing sport where that doesn't happen. It's quite naive, and a lack of racecraft......If it was Nino doing it, I imagine the reaction (and he';s done similar) would be different.
I thought it was fine, Schwarzbauer didn't defend the inside line. You see it in CX all the time.

Crafty race from Puck at the end. PFP is a WC machine. Give her a rainbow jersey to go for and she's deadly. Also, am I the last to know that she and Van Baarle are an item?

Bad crash for VdP
I feel triple bad for him. Firstly, and of course most importantly, is it sucks to crash and I hope he's okay. Second, with all the press given to his privileged start position, crashing out this early looks terrible for him. And third, is of course he is crashed out of yet another major XCO race.

Hope he recovers quickly so he can truly enjoy the rainbow jersey he deservedly won in the road race.
