It seems Rissveds prepare on the roads. Last weekend she compted against men in a national race and this week she is riding the Orlova Tour in Czech Republic. Second today in a murito finish. Last year she was second overall and then had good form in first MTB races. Illness destroyed her seasons though as she was forced to pull of the last rounds and the Worlds.

I read an interview where she said the main difference this year is that she went away from a vegan diet. She would like to eat vegan on etichal grounds but it is hard to do it while being a pro

A hardtail would be easy enough to miss, but an FS would be obvious for sure.
It all seems to have gone a bit quiet since Pinarello indicated that a new bike was being developed. It looks like it might be next year before it arrives.
Pinarello have been launching a number of new bikes recently, mainly gravel.

She won the Swedish National road race last season - and by a long way.

I think her and PFP are the only top riders who have yet to race any MTB this season.....though that changes tomorrow when PFP comes back.
Yeah she is very strong on roads aswell, and considering how well some of her MTB peers are doing I am sure she could achieved great things there if she wanted. However she doesn’t like the atmosphere in the pro teams so she is unlikely to go for it I think she”ll just race a few races in the national team. She was scheduled to compete in Wollongong but illness stopped that.

There are a lot of plant based proteins that are 'cleaner burning' so I'm not too sure about that statement.

I guess there is a logistics component aswell. One thing doing it at home but if you are on the fly as often as she is, I guess it makes it harder.

Vegans suffer from depression more than omnivores. It's easier to be fast when you're not depressed.
Not if they supplement with tequila!

Bike riding/racing make everyone's' mood better!

Disclaimer: I'm not making light of people who actually suffer from clinical depression.

New bike for Pidcock.

He's been using covert BMC bikes in the past but I'm not sure the one he used today is the new Fourstroke. I think the rear triangle of the fork links in line with the chainring in the Fourstroke while from the pictures I've seen it seems the bottom of the rear triangle links above the chainring in the bike he used today.
No pics on his twitter...

They wouldn't use camo livery if it was a new BMC...The official BMC MTB team would get first use of any new bike. I'd be fairly confident it's a new Pinarello prototype.

I think the same thing. If P put the right people together, the timeline is doable. Daniel claims that in his Twitter post.

That is horrible 'camo'! It makes it standout more, and doesn't hide anything really. They would be better off having an all black bike that no one notices.

Some decent racing today; Pan-American XCO races, Italian series, SKF French Cup, and 3 Nations from the VAMberg. More clues with Nove Mesto 2 weeks away

Does it exist a similiar website as Procyclingstats where one can access result and start lists of MTB races?
