The amount of supplements you have to take to get the same nutrients you can obtain from eating free range eggs is incredible. Not supplements (those are junk...see also vit. C etc...), actual plant based proteins and isolates (pea, soy...). I'd wager that meat eaters consume more 'man-made chemicals' than plant eaters.

Based on nothing more than intuition, I will say that Cole Punchard will also ride a Cannondale, with Charlie Aldridge, Luca Martin. On the women, apart from the name I will only write when I see it officially, to not jinx it, maybe Candice Lill?
Mondraker, Orbea & Lapierre have all had a clear out or have gone; that's a lot of riders looking for teams.......
Remember the interview she did - moving to a Factory team isn't as simple as people think it is. All the sponsors/ people who have supported her over the years - and relationships built up. Moving to a Factory team brings different pressures......I can see why it might be a tough choice.
Adding to my previous post, just saw that cannondale mountain replied with "🙌🔥" to the instagram post where she says "look forward to sharing my 2025 and beyond plans with you"

The rider I believe will sign for Cannondale has just posted an instagram story with a covered sweater and a Kask helmet (she wasn't riding with Kask last season).
If we go to Kask instagram, we can see that in their followers, the new signees of Ineos are all next to each other. And who appears right before them? The accounts of Charlie Aldridge, Cannondale Mountain, Jolanda Neff, Luca Martin and Cole Punchard

also, during the 2024 season, for some XCC races the Cannondale riders used unbranded Kask Utopias (made me wonder why, since they had a quite aero helmet, used by Avancini and co in the previous seasons) and Jolanda was seen riding with a Kask

And it was proven correct, Cannondale Factory Racing already appears registered on Portuguese Cycling Federation website, so we'll have a rider in one of the best XCO teams in the world, our U23 best rider (and despite not being selected for the Olympics, in my opinion our more talented prospect), Ana Santos.

I see on anther forum @pastronef mentioned BMC MTB Racing haven't posted anything on instagram since 14th October.
And that is one of the reasons why MTB teams get very little outside sponsors.

Titouan Carod on Insta training with Shimano shoes and Shimano group on the road. so I think BMC will go Shimano this year
I believe Mondraker will continue with a factory team with a different structure than the Primaflor one.
