Sorry, that was a joke. A very cynical joke. But, you can really appreciate the humor when you read the actual excerpts.

UCI is being operated by a set of corrupt, old greedy men who sees opportunities to fill the coffers by directing who gets to win the big races. An investigation could put an end to these lucrative deals and it needed to be killed.

The doping circus will continue with Hein and Phat at the helm of UCI.
