Looks like it.that climb shot shows Dygert is quite tired too, definitely not flying... and AVV gets some seconds back... done?
An ITT where you start fresh, is not the same as a chase after 120km.Dygert was certainly very fresh/ready for the ITT, but still, that was a massive effort. Is AVV recovering a bit better from the ITT than Dygert?
In that case she wouldn't be at fault, but the motorbike.AVV getting paced by the motorbike. --Hope the UCI doesn't disqualify her after the race.![]()
Yeah, distance may be getting to her. I think she may miss a medal.A too long day outdoors for the young Dygert.
Don't you realize that the most important thing in cycling, is to avoid contributing in a chase, if it's not guaranteed you'll win?Don't they realize they have to work together if they want any chance to come back?
2014 World Championships: Simon Gerrans is strongest in a sprint, does not contribute to chase, finishes with silver, complains that he had the legs but the others didn't give him a chance to compete for the win.Don't you realize that the most important thing in cycling is to avoid contributing in a chase, if it's not guaranteed you'll win?
