Updates: How many riders teams will have for the TTT

Obviously this is extremely important for the GC and also if by some miracle teams have less than 5 guys, not sure what will happen then. Very unlikely it will happen although poor greenedge, only 6 riders atm....

Will be updated if a riders crashes out, let me know if i left something out. Let's hope though i won't have to change it in the next days.

Let me know if there are some riders that are doubtful to start the next day.

I hate it when riders crash, but the fight for positions could take out a few riders in the finals of Le Havre and Mûr-de-Bretagne.

If Lampre actually took some risks by being next to their leader I'm sure they'd have less than 9 riders by now. They'll still be worse than Orica on the TTT, though.

Well, it's le Tour after all. People will endure a lot of suffering before they leave this race. That does not mean that they will be of great help when the TTT is on.

The time cut will apply apparently, winning time plus 30%. I wonder if a four man team would struggle?

winning time plus 30%. winning team will do something like 33 minutes so orica needs to do 43 minutes

I think that's fair. They have to work more than twice as hard with only 4 riders in a TTT.

Really? I remember tour 2011 was a complete disaster, but it took a bit longer. Maybe we already got the worst.

nah, some of the most difficult stages are already done (design, weather etc). Limited damage imo. 9 men? Almost nothing, but Orica really is hurt.

Was that stage in the tour 2011 where vdb and vino crashed like that? What i remember it wasn't. But obviously the biggest dangers seem to be done, i hope at least

it would be nice as well to know wich rider sare afected by crashes the previous day of the ITT. It is difficult to say who is afected and who no, but I think that people that crashes as Pinot today, is going to be afected in his performance next days.
