I'd love a run on that course, but i think i'd break something on the double drop towards the end. If i hadn't crashed before hand

It is all good, but the potential for serious carnage hitting a pole standard is acute, but then again I have been ti the Reno Air races and seen WWII fighters become dusted in the desert...... Both balls out, reminds me of unlimited fuelers.....the stairs at speed are impressive!

There is another one I saw with a different guy on the same course but the camera angle was a little off.

i kept thinking that these are some incredibly long and steep streets that would be a killer climb to ride up

What I have learned:
The race is a regular event on the UCI Downhill Calender.
The 2011 event held Feb. 20th was won by Filip Polc. the course is slightly different than 2011.
valparaiso polc 2011 gopro HD
No luck so far on finding out who was #42 in 2010. The closest I've come is "mystery rider"
