Not only has nothing changed, but there's no sense at the federation that associating Lance Armstrong with an Olympic federation is somehow okay.
An extreme analogy that might work is organized crime sponsoring a sports team, Texas Rangers Baseball being owned by the Sinaloa cartel. Meanwhile, it turns out the Baseball federation IS the Sinaloa cartel.
